Tiny Home Features
We offer nine tiny homes in three distinct models to cater to your unique preferences and needs. Outdoors you’ll discover two cozy fire pits, perfect for gathering around in the evenings to roast marshmallows, share stories, and create lasting bonds. A shared grill is also at your disposal for enjoying an evening meal.
Loft Models
The loft area in BMV 2, BMV 4, BMV 6, BMV 7, BMV 8, and BMV 11 provides comfortable sleeping options! The mudroom is perfect for muddy paws, hiking boots, and snow gear. And the full-sized washer and dryer gets you ready for your next-day adventure!
Bunk Models
BMV 1 and BMV 3 feature a built-in bunk room area… perfect for the little ones!
Pull-Out Model
A convenient pull-out sofa is available in BMV 6 and BMV 10 for added flexibility!
BMV 10 also has the best view at the top of our village. Relax on the porch that overlooks the mountains while sipping your favorite beverage. And there is a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience!
Conveniently Located
We are at the intersection of RT3 and RT 302, on the edge of the White Mountains National Forest. There are lots of options for restaurants: Pizza is across the street and Yaya’s Market and Deli (for those tasty egg sandwiches) is just up the hill. It’s a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem, which offers El Mirador, Rose Flamingo, and Rekis Brewing (our favorites.)
Only a short 5-minute drive from Bretton Woods Ski Area and a mere 20 minutes from Franconia Notch, Cannon Mountain, and Santa’s Village, our accommodations provide an ideal base for exploring the year-round wonders and attractions of the White Mountains.
