We have “compounds,” or groups of homes available that share common spaces and yards, while maintaining the privacy of the individual homes. For instance, consider the Moose Lodge and Cabins, an extraordinary development of 4 cabins in Bretton Woods fully surrounded by the National Forest and the Ammonoosuc River, with hot tubs, fire pits, walking trails, outdoor kitchen, and even river beaches and swimming holes! Another option is the Retreat at Arrowhead, where 2 new homes in Scandinavian style will welcome you in the lap of luxury, with stunning views and walking paths to the river.
