Whether you are seeking a more traditional setting beneath a Birch Archway, or a Fairytale Forest setting, hosting your wedding at the Moose Lodge and cabins means versatility and customizability!

The Moose Lodge and Cabins are a unique wedding venue that offers ample space for loved ones to gather together and celebrate the beginning of their everlasting unity in a fun, casual, yet beautiful outdoor setting! There are 3 homes on the property – with enough room to accommodate up to 40 overnight guests on site – for weddings up to 150 people! Unlike other venues, the Moose Lodge and Cabins offers complete flexibility. It’s your choice of who you want to cater your event… even have your family and friends cook. Event Lodging:

To avoid disruptions and ensure a wonderful experience, guests are required to rent all 3 of the cabins on the 32-acre property when hosting a wedding at the Moose Lodge and Cabins. Nestled at the very end of the driveway, Moose Lodge is the largest of the vacation homes, and its front lawn, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and scenic views are the perfect backdrop for a special day. Its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can accommodate a maximum capacity of 17 overnight guests. Bear Cabin and Owl’s Roost, the two smaller cabins, are set along the left side of the driveway as you arrive. Bear Cabin’s 2 private bedrooms, open loft area, and single bathroom offer an intimate space for up to 9 friends or family members. Owl’s Roost is a unique yurt-style home that can house up to 8 overnight guests. It offers 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spiral staircase wrapped around a tree trunk leading to a bed in the loft area.

With access to a private trail system and beach along the Ammonoosuc River, each of these cabins is sure to bring you nearer to nature and give you lots of bonding opportunities with your loved ones. Along with up to 5 site visits before the Big Day, our event fee covers the provision of our staff members to assist you in planning your special event. We have detailed documents with information about local vendors for tents, food, activities, portable washroom facilities, photographers and more.

Within our list of Local Vendors you will find various food options from food trucks to catering services. When you book your wedding with Bretton Woods Vacations; you have the freedom to choose just how upscale or casual your dining options are! If you would like to hire a catering service to provide a multi-course meal, we can help you to find the perfect fit.

If you would like to bring in a beloved family member or friend to cater your wedding, that is an option! Our outdoor grill/kitchenette just on the other side of the pond offers a space to grill up a delicious spread whether you are feeding 40 or 150!
