  • Can we use the facilities at the Mount Washington Hotel?

    Unfortunately, the Mount Washington Hotel is owned by Omni corporation and access to the swimming pool and gym are limited to hotel guests only. Recently, Omni has also limited access to spa and restaurant, due to staffing issues and limited capacity. The policies are undefined and not always consistent. Unfortunately, it's completely outside of our control. Please check with Omni to find out the exact policy at the time of your visit! The spa at the Mountain View Grand is a very worthy alternative to the spa at the Mount Washington Hotel. It's located in the tower of the fabulous hotel, and the views are stunning! In addition, keep in mind that there are dozens other amazing options for dining, with great ambience, fantastic food, lower prices and most importantly, local staff who has been dedicated to serving the local community and our beloved visitors for generations!

  • Where can we go swimming?

    There are lots of swimming holes nearby - from Fabyan's Crossing, at the ski area base, where you can rent tubes to float on the Saco river, to the renowned and scenic swimming holes of Upper Falls and Lower Falls. In addition, the water park at Santa's Village is always a hit with the little ones! And don't forget Whale's Tale, as well as the many local lakes - from the cold but beautiful Echo Lake at the base of Cannon, to the pristine and warm South Pond in Stark!

  • Can we get discounted ski tickets?

    The lift ticket program has currently been discontinued by Omni due to Covid restrictions, and we do not know when/if it will resume.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    - up to 60 days prior to check-in, guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus the credit card processing fee (if applicable), and a $100 administrative fee.  - starting 60 days up to 31 days prior, guest will receive a 50% refund of the total trip amount. The credit card processing fee is not refundable.  - from 30 days to check-in, only the cleaning fee and any extra guest or pet fees will be refundable These policies are strict. TRIP INSURANCE IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED!
