Tim was absolutely fantastic. It started with the communication… he was so easy to communicate with and made the entire planning process effortless. He provided several different themed menu options (e.g. eclectic Italian, classic American, high end French cuisine, etc…), and within in menu category, dozens of amazing options for each course of the meal. The prices were so fair too. Tim was also super flexible. We had a couple dietary restrictions in the group and some last minute changes which Tim graciously took in stride and made it work for our group. The food was absolutely delicious, everybody enjoyed their meals and we were all going back to the fridge for rounds 2 and 3 with the leftovers all night!!! The presentation was beautiful and what you would expect to see in a fine dining restaurant in NYC or Chicago. Tim was also so friendly and kind but also was respectful of our large group (18 adults and 26 kids under the age of 10) where we felt totally comfortable in the house with him there. He then cleaned up EVERYTHING. The kitchen was cleaner than when he arrived. If you ever need to book a chef, you would be foolish not to hire Tim. 1,000 out of 10 Experienced.
