Perched up on a ledge overlooking the famed Mount Pleasant golf course at the Mount Washington Hotel, this privately owned 3-bedroom Fairway Village home has been upgraded in every way to provide one of the most luxurious, fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom homes we have seen anywhere around Bretton Woods. The open-concept kitchen/dining and living room is accented by a beautiful stone fireplace, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and high-quality furniture. Our guests love the “neighborhood” feel of Fairway Village, and this home is as nice as it gets! Walk to the Mt Washington Hotel, or just take a 1-minute drive to get to the ski area!

Single level with only a few steps from the parking area
  • Primary Bedroom: Features a Queen bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. Sleeps 2. 
  • Guest Bedroom #1: Features a Queen bed. Sleeps 2.
  • Guest Bedroom #2: Features a Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed + Desk. Sleeps 3.
  • Bathroom #1: Private bathroom located in the primary bedroom. 
  • Bathroom #2: Shared bathroom features a shower/tub combo. 
  • Kitchen: Fully stocked and updated with stainless steel appliances, Capresso by Jura coffee maker and breakfast bar that seats 4. 
  • Living/Dining Area: Open concept area with a round dining table that seats 6 and comfortable furniture surrounding beautiful stone fireplace. 
  • Outdoor Area: Step onto the patio overlooking the golf course. Propane grill provided.

All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking LImitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Overflow lot is located at the base of the ski resort. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Short Term Rentals affect the neighbors and communities around them. We must do our duty to protect our local residents, our owners, our homes and the communities around us. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. We appreciate your understanding and your help, so that we can continue offering these amazing lodging options and ensure everyone has a enjoyable experience!  

-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am.  Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee. 
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds.  Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.  

-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property.  A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.  
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.


Parking is limited to protect the property and surroundings. Please do not park on the grass and be mindful of neighbors who may use adjacent parking areas. Please refer to house rules for any specific requirements. Trailers, boats, and other larger vehicles may require special accommodations for parking. Please check with the Bretton Woods Vacations team if you need to make parking arrangements.
