HISTORY

Bretton Woods Vacations is a trade name for Bretton Woods Rentals, LLC, a fully licensed Real Estate company under the brokerage of Aaron Foti.

The company was founded in 2017 to provide vacation rentals in the northern White Mountains. Our goal was to break away from the traditional approach of other rental agencies and provide vacation rentals with unparalleled customer service. We treat every home like it were our own, and treat every customer the way we would want to be treated.

WHAT TO EXPECT

For owners who put their homes into our care, they can expect more of a partnership than a client/agent relationship. We are your eyes, ears and hands for your home away from home, and we can take care of everything from the rental from minor repairs or arranging for major repairs. For guests looking to book a stay at one of our properties, they can expect personal, prompt service, attention to detail, and a huge variety of homes to suit all tastes - all with electronic access and all impeccably clean!

  • Impeccably clean: unlike other companies that depend on outside cleaning services, we have our own staff of dedicated housekeepers who are trained well and compensated fairly, including a competitive benefit package that includes fully paid health and dental.

Alex Foti

Owner and President

Alex has an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Harvard University, a graduate certificate in Software Engineering, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the FW Olin School of Business at Babson College. Alex's early career was in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, where he held a variety of project management and high level general management roles.

Aaron Foti

Owner and Chief Operating Officer

With a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Engineering from Boston University, Aaron's early career focused on IT, including heading the IT department for one of Boston's most successful Real Estate companies.

Dominic Berry

Office Manager

Born and raised in Guildhall, VT not far from Bretton Woods, Dominic comes from an extensive background in Restaurant and Hospitality Management. He is a White Mountains Community College graduate and has spent a majority of his time in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and calls them home. Within Bretton Woods Vacations, Dominic helps manage the office, as well as wear numerous different hats throughout the work week, often helping out with Maintenance Purchasing, Owner Correspondence, Coordination of the Maintenance Team, managing Lost and Found and even taking out the trash if need be. A member of the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association Education Foundation, a group focused on improving post secondary opportunities for students looking to pursue careers in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. He is very involved with the NHLRA and volunteers his time every year to visit schools and donate his time and wisdom helping students prepare for annual Culinary and Restaurant Management competitions held at the State and National level. Dominic can often be found typing away in his office on a variety of projects, out in the field inspecting units before check in, fixing basic maintenance issues and when he is not on the clock, he is a routine fisherman, loves the outdoors and is an avid podcaster.

Tiffany McEntire

Operations Manager

Tiffany joined us from Omni Resorts, where she was Supervisor at the very popular Bretton Woods Club. Our longest tenured employee, Tiffany has been with us since 2018!

Diana Naval

Operations Specialist

Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and brings over 10 years of customer service experience to the team. Before joining Bretton Woods Vacations in 2022, she worked in both the aviation and call center industries, gaining valuable experience assisting travelers as airport ground staff and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced call center environment. Her warm personality and extensive hospitality background make her a natural at ensuring guests feel welcome and well cared for.

Mark Nuqui

Operations Specialist

Mark takes care of guest reservations and communications while coordinating maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for every guest. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and over 12 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, Mark is a seasoned hotelier who truly understands what makes a great guest experience. He has been a valued part of our team since 2022.

Charm Tenerife

Operations Specialist

Charm ensures smooth day-to-day operations across our rental properties. This includes coordinating cleanings and maintenance, communicating with guests and owners, managing schedules, addressing urgent issues, and supporting the overall guest experience. She serves as a key liaison between housekeeping, maintenance, management, and guests to ensure that each property is well-maintained and every stay runs seamlessly.

Jon Bayon

Operations Specialist

Jon brings a strong background in customer service and operations, with experience in both telecom and hospitality. Before joining Bretton Woods Vacations, he worked in sales and billing with Time Warner Cable and as a billing consultant in the telecom industry. He later shifted into guest services, supporting travelers through Airbnb and property management company Sonder. Jon’s attention to detail, calm problem-solving style, and dedication to guest satisfaction make him a valued part of the team.

Larry Nesti Furio

Operations Specialist

Larry is a BS Tourism graduate with 19 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She started as a cultural exchange student at Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona, then continued working in guest services, restaurant, and housekeeping departments across various settings, including a casino, hotels, and cruise ships. Through these experiences, she embraced the value of putting herself in the guests’ shoes. Her longest tenure was spent at sea with Norwegian Cruise Lines. After helping individuals and families create memories of a lifetime during their vacations, she is now settled in her hometown, working remotely and creating memories with her own family and pets.

Formerly part of Airbnb’s Sales, Customer Service, and Escalations team, he brings deep insight into guest relations and operational excellence. El Dela Cruz began her career at just 18, working in a contact center in the Philippines where she honed her exceptional customer service skills supporting a U.S.-based office retail company. With experience as both a long- and short-term rental property manager and maintenance coordinator, El has managed day-to-day operations and handled guest inquiries across major booking platforms like Booking.com, VRBO, and Airbnb. Her strong attention to detail and dedication to smooth operations make her an invaluable part of the team.
