Built on 3 levels, the house has two living areas, one with wood burning and one with a gas fireplace, including a large open floor kitchen/living/dining room and a bar area downstairs, making it perfect for large groups and multiple families. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people, and you will be a stone's throw to some of New England's most coveted attractions, from the ski trails of Bretton Woods to the winter magic of the many surrounding towns, to the cog rail, Santa's Village, and much much more. Previously available only as a seasonal rental, we now have the pleasure of making this available to short-term visitors looking for a great place to stay for a shorter vacation! In addition, a hot tub was added in December 2022!

Extra Features: Hot Tub, Free high-speed wi-fi, cable TV, washer/dryer, and linens/towels provided!
Please note: This Home does not have AC. Our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed. Fans are provided!
This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations.
