From the moment you arrive the contemporary design of this property pulls you in & leaves you eager to see what's beyond the front door. As you step inside you are welcomed by a gorgeous living room with wood burning fireplace and cathedral ceilings, well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and wet bar, spacious dining room, generous mudroom with seating, gear storage galore and an under bench boot heater (there is also a ski storage closet on the exterior), deck access plus a common 1/2 bath. As we move to the 2nd level you'll find an open walkway that looks over the main living area leading you to 2 bedrooms (one bedroom offers private deck/direct access to common bath & other showcases unique architecture of unit) and common 3/4 bath. If all this still has you wanting more the lower level is sure to please and offers a 2nd living area with wood burning fireplace, 2 additional bedrooms, common full bath plus deck access which also has a fire pit. As an added bonus this unit has AC, radiant floor heat and wood floors throughout plus a car charging outlet by the front walk. The perks of this home just keep adding up!

Lower Level Area: Enjoy a 2nd living/entertaining area with a TV, comfortable couches, and laundry room. Access to back deck!

Outdoor Area: Back deck accessed from main level living area and access to outside yard from the lower level, also includes a fire pit. Located walking distance to the ski slopes, base lodge and Fabyan's Fields.

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. The overflow parking for this unit is a 3 minute walk from the house. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am.  Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee. 
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds.  Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property.  A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.  
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
