- The hot tub is included during peak ski season (late-December to mid-March). Outside of this period, there s an optional $195 setup fee. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk, and you must accept responsibility for any injuries that may occur.
- Be sure to enter the correct number of guests during booking. A per-person per-night surcharge may apply for larger groups to cover additional expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
- Minimum rental age is 25.
- You ll receive smart lock door codes for easy, contactless check-in and check-out.
- While we aim to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, this depends on availability. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
- Our home is entirely non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor deck, with a $500 fine for smoking indoors.
- Guests are required to e-sign a rental agreement upon booking completion.
- For security, a camera monitors the driveway 24/7 (there are no cameras inside the living areas). We also use Minut, a smart home technology that monitors noise levels to ensure quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am are observed. Minut is 100% privacy-compliant, and we use it to address noise disturbances without disrupting your stay. Fireworks are not permitted.
- Dogs are welcome with payment of our non-refundable pet fee.
- Please note that a ladder is used to access the bunk beds in the home. By booking, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injuries resulting from the use of the ladder.
