With so much to do around here, you may not want to leave this home with its fireplace, sophisticated decor and views of the Bretton Woods Ski Slopes all the way into Crawford Notch! It has two separate living areas, a fabulous large kitchen, upper and lower decks with grill, shared yard and 3 levels of space. This home is upscale yet warm and comfortable and perfectly located in the middle of Bretton Woods. With so much to do - from the spa and restaurants at the Mount Washington Hotel to the golf course, the ski slopes and the zip lines, you will wish you had more time!

Summery of Room Configuration:
  • Kitchen: On the main level, the kitchen has a large counter, breakfast bar and pantry and is well stocked for all your cooking needs with updated kitchen items in 2024. Includes a drip coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, blender, waffle iron, toaster, kettle and spices! Large breakfast bar that seats 4. 
  • Dining/Living Area: A sunny open space with a TV, large dining table that seats 8, and comfortable furniture that surrounds the wood-burning stone fireplace. This living area has views of the mountains and Bretton Woods ski slopes from the large windows and access to the upper deck with patio table. 
  • Lower Level Area: Enjoy a 2nd living space with a TV, wet bar, wine cooler and table with access to the lower deck.
  • Outdoor Areas: Upper deck on the main level with patio table. Lower deck has access to the large shared yard and a grill (must be used 10-ft from the building)
  • Primary Bedroom: Located on upper level with a King bed and attached bathroom with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
  • Upper Level King Bedroom: Located on the second level with a King bed and attached bathroom with shower.
  • Lower Level King Bedroom: Located on the lower level and features a King bed adjacent to a shared full bathroom.
  • Lower Level Twin Bedroom: Located on the lower level and features a twin/twin bunk bed and two twin beds. Sleeps 4.
  • Extra Features: Air Conditioning (to be installed by Early June 2024), free high speed wi-fi, cable, Smart TVs, Blu-Ray/DVD player, Bluetooth stereo, games, puzzles, toys, pack and play, washer/dryer, and pet friendly!

Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am.  Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee. 
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds.  Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.  

-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property.  A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.  
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
