Enjoy the renowned town of Bethlehem the way it used to be by staying in one of its famous Victorian homes! In the late 1800's and early 1900's, Bethlehem became one of the most popular destinations in the Northeast for savvy travelers looking to escape the summer heat. Today, the town is going through a renaissance with its quaint main street, great shops and restaurant, and fantastic location as a gateway to White Mountains fun.

Situated on a quiet side street just steps from Bethlehem's Main Street, this home is full of the Victorian era character that makes this style of home so popular. The main level includes a practical and functional kitchen with lots of space, a large laundry room, a dining room with a wood burning fireplace, attached living room with leather recliners and yet another wood burning fireplace, plus a secondary entryway that leads to the large lawn in front of the house - a great place for kids to play! The entryway doubles as a sitting/reading room (please note - the fireplace insert in this room did not pass safety inspection so is not available for use). 

On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, each with large closets. The bedrooms include a double bed, 2 double beds, 2 twin beds and a King bed in the master bedroom with Roku TV and additional seating area. The bathroom has a deep seating clawfoot tub! Upstairs, on the top floor, you have 2 additional bedrooms with a queen bed and a twin daybed with pull out trundle, plus an additional full bathroom. 

With tons of space and character, this is a great place to call home during your White Mountains vacations. Whether you want to ski, hike, snowmobile, or visit one of the hundreds of local attractions, you'll be right in the middle of it all, with convenient access to all major roads!

-Due to the behavior of a minority of our guests, we must hold these rules strictly. We  apologize if it feels that some of these rules are strict or overbearing. Short Term rentals affect the communities around them and we must do our duty to protect our local residents, 
our owners and homes and the broader communities that we operate in. We appreciate   
your understanding. And we appreciate you abiding by these rules with respect and    
diligence.
-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM unless otherwise authorized.
-Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Property may be equipped with cameras on the exterior of the property. They will not be   
recording audio nor will they be able to see areas of property where personal privacy should 
be expected, such as windows or hot tubs.
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval.
-Guests on property that are not provided in your guest list will be considered as trespassing.
-No events, parties or large gatherings. An event is any period of time that guests not 
included in the guest count are at the property. 
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to 
be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations.
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100/dog/stay fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone 
inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee 
and immediate removal from the unit.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Home is in a wooded location. Please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
-The main level living room and dining room wood burning fireplaces are allowed to be used. The insert in the entryway on the main level, the wood stove in the king bedroom on the second level, and the fireplace in the twin bedroom on the second level are not allowed to be used.
-Parking Limit: 4 Vehicles. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
-4WD may be required for use in the winter months..
