The second bedroom features a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and is next to a second bathroom and a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer available for guest use.
The downstairs has an additional 3 bedrooms and an incredible entertainment space with 2 separate areas. One is a game room with foosball, game table and chess table, plus a sitting area and LED lighting for ambience; the other one is a movie theater room complete with recliners, a library area, pool table and kitchenette and - of course, surround sound! The large TV provides access to live TV and on demand movies and shows via Hulu+, Disney+ and ESPN. This level also provides beautiful water views, and direct access to the short path down to the waterfront.

-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.

- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for this pet friendly unit ($150/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not.
