This lovely rustic home in Twin Mountain offers a peaceful, cozy and private space in an amazing location to get away in the White Mountains. Located just off of route 3 in Twin Mountain, this home has convenient access to Bretton Woods (less than 10 minutes away!), Franconia and the rest of the Presidential area of the White Mountains, a  true 4-season destination. This cozy retreat offers two separate living areas with TVs in both and board games to share. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and opens to the dining and living area so you can remain together while using the kitchen and enjoy a cozy fire in the Harman wood stove. Outside are several sitting areas including a gazebo attached to the main level deck and a new gas grill. Just down the stairs from the gazebo is an above-ground fire pit and chairs to enjoy cool evenings by the warm fire. Spend the day exploring the White Mountains and come back to a wonderful place to call home! From skiing and snowmobiling in the winter, to hiking, fishing, swimming, and amazing attractions such as the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, StoryLand, Whale's Tale Water Park, and the famous trained bears at Clark's Trading Post, you'll want to stay a few extra days - and you can! With our rates that decrease for longer stays and reliable WiFi, you'll be happy to make this your home for a longer stay - even if you have some work to do!

Short Term Rentals affect the neighbors and communities around them. We must do our duty to protect our local residents, our owners, our homes and the communities around us. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. We appreciate your understanding and your help, so that we can continue offering these amazing lodging options and ensure everyone has a enjoyable experience!  

-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am.  Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee. 
-Parking Limit: 3 Vehicles. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds.  Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property.  A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.  
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
