With a 5 foot deep section maintained at around 90F and a 3 person hot tub section at 104F, it's an amazing way to exercise, play, relax - snow or shine!
PLEASE NOTE: Swimspa has been installed but will not be available for guest use until surrounding deck is constructed due to possible risks getting in and out. Expected work completion is early May 2024.
Dream home alert! The latest addition to the ultra popular Moose Lodge and Cabins, this incredible home was built in 2019 out of Douglas Fir imported from Idaho, with amazing stonework throughout. The design is inspired by the imposing beauty of the Western ski lodges, with extremely large 18" logs that leave in an awe, and massive windows that take advantage of the home Southern exposure to let in tons of lights. The landscaping, with stone and mountain inspired water features, is designed to integrate perfectly in the beautiful surroundings, with the National Forest right in your back yard, and the trails and beaches of the Moose Lodge and Cabins easily accessible. On the lower level, you will find 2 additional guest rooms, one bear themed and one moose themed, and each with a queen bed, another full bathroom, and a large family room with large TV and tons of games, including a foosball table, ping pong and air hockey. But renting a home is all about the experience, and this home will treat you to an outdoor experience like no other. There are 3 separate options for outdoor dining. The first is a table with comfortable sectional and 10 foot cantilever umbrella on the deck overlooking the private backyard and the National Forest, right at the base of Bretton Woods' West Mountain. The second is another larger table tucked in under the covered section of the wrap-around porch, perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal even on a rainy day. The third option is a table on the stunning backyard patio, complete with outdoor fireplace and a pergola with lights, at the edge of the large koi pond and waterfall. Attached to the back patio you will also find the masonry firepit. Both the firepit and the outdoor fireplace double up as a grill! But of course, there is also a more traditional Weber grill on the deck, for convenience. Right outside the gate of the Moose Lodge you will also find one of the best spots in the North Country to see the elusive moose - and you may be lucky enough see one wandering on property as well. You can also take a short walk to the popular Lower Falls area, or head out for a day of exploration of Bretton Woods and the area beyond, from the fabled Mount Washington Hotel, only 2 minutes away, to the ski resort of Bretton Woods, just 1 mile away, to all the attractions of the White Mountains: from the Cog Rail, 7 miles away, to Santa's Village, Storyland, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale water park, and many, many more attractions all a short drive away. The third option is a table on the stunning backyard patio, complete with outdoor fireplace and a pergola with lights, at the edge of the large koi pond and waterfall. Attached to the back patio you will also find the masonry firepit. Both the firepit and the outdoor fireplace double up as a grill! But of course, there is also a more traditional Weber grill on the deck, for convenience. And never worry about a storm knocking out power; with a whole house generator, the lights will stay on, no matter what!

The river offers great recreational opportunities right on site, from swimming in one of its best swimming holes right on site, to fishing to tubing, or simply walk eastbound along the shallow water through the National Forest to the base area of Bretton Woods. Right outside the gate of the Moose Lodge you will also find one of the best spots in the North Country to see the elusive moose - and you may be lucky enough see one wandering on property as well. You can also take a short walk to the popular Lower Falls area, or head out for a day of exploration of Bretton Woods and the area beyond, from the fabled Mount Washington Hotel, only 2 minutes away, to the ski resort of Bretton Woods, just 1 mile away, to all the attractions of the White Mountains: from the Cog Rail, 7 miles away, to Santa's Village, Storyland, Franconia Notch, Whale's Tale water park, and many, many more attractions all a short drive away. And with so much to do, you may want to treat yourself to a longer stay - and our rates get lower the longer you stay, so why not?

With a hot tub section and a 5 foot deep swim area, this swimspa will be available year-round to take a warm soak or swim, whether in the rain, snow or shine! With a 5 foot deep section maintained at around 90F and a 3 person hot tub section at 104F, it's an amazing way to exercise, play, relax - snow or shine!
PLEASE NOTE: Swimspa has been installed but will not be available for guest use until surrounding deck is constructed due to possible risks getting in and out. Expected work completion is early May 2024.
Dream home alert! The latest addition to the ultra popular Moose Lodge and Cabins, this incredible home was built in 2019 out of Douglas Fir imported from Idaho, with amazing stonework throughout.
